You may use this website to learn about our services and request estimates. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or misleading information, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Estimates provided through this website or by our team are free and carry no obligation until you accept them in writing. Final pricing depends on on-site conditions including tree size, location, health, and access. Any estimate is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to schedule and complete work on the dates we confirm. Weather, equipment availability, and emergency calls may occasionally require rescheduling. We will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, disclose known hazards (such as underground utilities, septic systems, or pets), and move vehicles and movable property away from the work zone before our crew arrives.

Payment terms for each project are specified in your signed estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of residential work. Commercial and large projects may require a deposit. Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSOR Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from tree service work. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We comply with applicable local tree ordinances and permitting requirements. Where a permit is required for removal, we will advise you and, where agreed, obtain it on your behalf. You are responsible for any HOA or deed-restriction approvals that apply to your property.
